Responsibilities
Overall factory and production floor supervision
Production planning and timely order execution
Quality control across all stages of production
Labour and contractor management
Raw material, finished goods and stock management
Factory documentation, reporting and administration
Sample management, tagging and traceability
Controlling production wastage and improving efficiency
Maintaining factory cleanliness, processes and audit readiness
Qualifications
Should have minimum 3 years of experience in jute and cotton bag export manufacturing industry as a production and quality in charge.
