Counsel, Global Accounts

This is an exciting prospect to work in a growing, dynamic, friendly legal department of a fast-paced IT systems integrator, supporting outbound licensing and sales transactions for the company’s commercial customers. Our legal team keeps pace with a rapidly growing and evolving company, providing practical advice while achieving business results.

This position will be remote, with some travel to the Mumbai office required. The role reports directly to the Associate General Counsel - Global Accounts. The successful candidate will have extensive experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating complex transactional contracts and must be prepared to negotiate and drive strategic transactions
