Role Overview
We are seeking a QA Assurance Engineer (SDET L1) with 1-2 years of experience to support the quality, reliability, and performance of Avèro's digital products and AI-enabled solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, product managers, consultants, and other cross-functional team members to validate requirements, identify defects, build and maintain automated tests, and help ensure high-quality software releases.

Core Roles & Responsibilities
• Understand product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke,



and exploratory testing across web and/or mobile applications.
• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for critical application workflows.
• Identify, document, track, retest, and verify software defects through resolution.
• Perform API testing and validate requests, responses, status codes, data, and application integrations.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to identify quality risks early in the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and release activities.
• Maintain test cases, test data, automation suites, and QA documentation to support repeatable testing and release readiness.
• Analyze test failures, troubleshoot issues, and provide explicit defect reports with reproducible steps and supporting evidence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA process
