Role Description This is a full-time, in office US IT Recruiter (W2) role based in Noida. The US IT Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for W2 positions, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting IT professionals for U.S.-based clients.



Daily responsibilities include reviewing job requirements, posting positions, conducting phone and video interviews, coordinating technical interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system. The role involves working closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand role expectations, negotiate compensation within W2 guidelines, and ensure timely onboarding in line with E-Verify and client compliance standards. The recruiter will also build and maintain robust relationships with candidates, provide regular updates, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and market outreach.
