About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager – Industrial Projects (South) to drive business growth, project sales, and strategic customer development across South India.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in B2B industrial project sales, preferably in Water & Wastewater Treatment, ETP, STP, WTP, RO, UF, MBR and related EPC/project solutions. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key industrial accounts, building customer relationships, and achieving regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for South India to achieve business and revenue targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial sectors, including manufacturing, process industries,



infrastructure and other potential segments.
Generate leads and develop the complete sales pipeline from enquiry generation to order closure.
Promote and sell industrial project solutions including ETP, STP, WTP, RO, UF, MBR, wastewater treatment and related EPC solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, EPC contractors, project consultants, OEMs and decision-makers.
Conduct regular customer visits, understand project requirements and identify upcoming project opportunities.
Prepare and deliver technical-commercial presentations, proposals and solution discussions in coordination with the technical and proposal teams.
Understand customer requirements, project specifications, BOQ, scope of work and commercial requirements.
Coordinate with Projects, Design, Proposal, Engineering, Procurement, Commercial and O&M; teams to ensure smooth execution of awarded projects.
