Role Description This is a full time, on-site Area Manager role based in Coimbatore. The Area Manager will oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned territory, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries and adherence to service-level standards. Responsibilities include managing and supporting delivery partners,



coordinating with client stakeholders, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role involves analyzing operational data, resolving issues on the ground, optimizing route planning, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety guidelines. The Area Manager will also collaborate closely with central operations, technology, and support teams to scale services and maintain high-quality logistics performance in the region.
