Responsibilities
• Design and execute formulation trials for talc- and glass-filled PP compounds
• Own pilot extrusion runs, mechanical testing programs, and scale-up documentation
• Partner with key automotive tier-1 customers on specification development
• Mentor junior engineers and manage the materials characterization lab
Requirements
• M.Tech/PhD in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years in polyolefin compounding or masterbatch development
• Hands-on twin-screw extrusion and DOE experience
• Working knowledge of automotive OEM material specifications
