Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rohini. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and direct guests, and promote Jomotel’s properties and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating rates and contracts, and following up to close bookings. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records,



coordinating with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Executive will contribute to local marketing initiatives, represent the brand at events or trade shows as needed, and provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work on-site in Rohini, visit clients locally, and manage time effectively to handle multiple leads and accounts.
• Comfort with basic sales reporting, use of CRM or reservation systems, and standard office software (e.g., MS Office, email tools).
