Over 2,000 educators run their teaching operations on Teach Mania, using its tools for student management, live class setup, and content creation. The platform is designed for teachers going online for the first time and coaching institutes shifting their batches to their own app. Teach Mania offers a comprehensive dashboard experience for enrolments, payments, course access, and test series management.
Role Description This is a full-time, in office Manager role based in Patna. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth delivery of services to educators using Teach Mania’s platform. Responsibilities include managing client relationships,



monitoring key performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The Manager will collaborate with product, support, and sales teams to address educator needs, resolve issues, and support app onboarding and adoption. The role also involves planning, reporting, team supervision, and contributing to strategic initiatives that support growth in Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets.

• Strong people management and team leadership skills, with experience supervising cross-functional or operations teams.
• Solid organizational and operational management abilities, including workflow planning, process optimization, and performance tracking.
