Omnia Communications LLC, doing business as OmniServe, helps restaurants and hospitality businesses understand what their guests really think. We analyze public reviews, benchmark them against local competitors, and give owners a transparent plan to improve ratings, repeat visits and revenue.

Our funnel starts with a free Taste Report and leads into paid products, including the one-time OmniServe Growth Playbook and recurring subscriptions. We are building the paid acquisition engine behind it, and we want one person to own it.

The role

This is a hands-on role. You will build, launch, track and optimize campaigns yourself on Meta and Google Ads from day one, and you will own results from the first click to the paid sale. As we grow, you will hire, train and lead a paid media team.

What you will do

• Plan, build and run full-funnel campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube).




• Run lead generation with Meta Instant Forms and website forms, then turn those leads into Growth Playbook buyers.
• Own conversion tracking end to end: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Ads conversions, GA4 and Google Tag Manager on WordPress, WooCommerce, WPForms and Stripe.
• Test every conversion event before launch. Nothing goes live untracked.
• Manage campaigns through Meta's learning phase. Know when to leave a campaign alone and when to act.
• Run structured tests on audiences, creative, offers, landing pages and forms.
• Build retargeting and lookalike programs from real leads and buyers.
• Set target cost per lead and cost per purchase from real conversion rates and customer value.
• Send a weekly performance report that leadership can read in five minutes.
• As the team grows, write the playbooks and processes, then hire and manage specialists.
