Overview:
As an Onboarding Specialist specializing in Employer of Record (EOR) services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless, compliant, and positive onboarding experience for employees hired through our EOR services. You will primarily support US-based clients and their employees, managing the end-to-end employee onboarding journey while working closely with clients and internal teams across the organisation.
The role combines employee onboarding, client communication, administrative and compliance responsibilities, and ongoing support. As part of the Global Support function, you will also be responsible for managing and resolving support tickets related to employee onboarding and client queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution throughout the onboarding process and beyond.

Employee Onboarding:
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for employees being hired under the EOR model for US-based clients, ensuring a smooth and timely onboarding experience.




• Guide employees through the onboarding process and ensure all required documentation and information is collected accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Verify and collect necessary information for payroll processing, tax compliance, perks enrolment, and other employment requirements.

Client Management & Communication
• Act as a key point of contact for US-based EOR clients throughout the employee onboarding process.
• Provide timely updates to clients on onboarding progress, outstanding requirements, and key milestones.
• Respond to client queries and provide clear, accurate information regarding onboarding processes, documentation, and employee requirements.

Global Support & Ticket Management
• Manage and resolve support tickets relating to employee onboarding and client queries as part of the Global Support function.
