Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and commercially aware Pricing Analyst to support pricing and cost management for domestic and international relocation services, including Household Goods (HHG) and Fine Arts logistics. The role will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations, analyzing cost inputs across Pan India operations, supporting RFQs and tenders, maintaining pricing and vendor rate data, and assisting in profitability and margin analysis. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of relocation processes, freight pricing, vendor costing, and commercial data analysis.
Key Areas of Responsibility
1. Pricing & Cost Analysis
 Prepare and analyze pricing for domestic relocation services across Pan India.
 Support pricing for international relocation shipments, including Import and Export movements.
 Assist in pricing for Fine Arts logistics involving high-value and specialized handling.
 Collect, validate, and analyze cost inputs including packing, labor, transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.




 Prepare detailed costing sheets and ensure accuracy of all pricing components.
 Support the pricing team in maintaining competitive pricing while protecting expected margins.

2. Quotation, RFQ & Tender Support
 Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on client requirements and scope of work.
 Review RFQs and tender requirements and prepare pricing inputs accordingly.
 Analyze scope of work, inclusions, exclusions, and service requirements before finalizing costing.
 Prepare pricing proposals and revisions based on business requirements.
 Ensure quotations are prepared in line with approved pricing guidelines and margin expectations.

3. Commercial & Profitability Analysis
 Analyze quotations to ensure all applicable services and cost components are included.
 Identify exclusions, assumptions, additional cost exposures, and potential pricing risks.
