Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting SilverCare_Eldercare’s services, building strong relationships with families, referral partners, and healthcare professionals, and driving brand awareness in the local community. Day-to-day tasks include identifying recent business opportunities, conducting outreach and presentations, managing leads and inquiries,



and supporting prospective clients through the decision-making process. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, overseeing digital and offline promotional activities, and tracking performance metrics to improve outreach strategies. The Executive will collaborate closely with care teams to understand service offerings and communicate them clearly and ethically to potential clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh.
