We're hiring: Marketing & Growth Consulting Intern (Part-Time, 6 Months)

About the Opportunity
Marketing consulting is changing rapidly with the growth of AI, automation, digital marketing and data-driven business decisions.
Businesses increasingly need professionals who can understand their market, customers and competitors and help them find practical ways to improve marketing, sales and growth.

We work with Indian MSMEs across sectors such as healthcare, education, manufacturing and professional services. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real consulting projects under the guidance of experienced consultants.

What You Will Do
Research clients' businesses, industries and competitors. Study customer profiles, market trends and growth opportunities. Assist in analysing marketing, sales and digital performance.

Help prepare client research and consulting meeting briefs. Track agreed action plans and client progress. Research practical applications of AI and automation in marketing and sales.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations and growth recommendations.



Learn and work with the UAP Growth OS™ consulting framework.

Who Can Apply?
Freshers are welcome. We particularly encourage MBA/BBA/PGDM students or recent graduates who want to build a career in:

No prior consulting experience is required. We are looking for someone with curiosity, good research skills, basic marketing knowledge, comfort with AI tools and a willingness to learn.

The details:-
• Engagement:- Part-Time Internship
• Duration:- 6 months, full time permanent position offer for the good candidates after internship.
• Location:- Hybrid in Pune City
• Stipend:- 10K/month & Performance-based
• Time Commitment:- Approx. 15–20 hours/week
• Growth Opportunity:- High-performing interns may be considered for future Business Growth Analyst / Associate Consultant roles.
