Ramaniya is an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor (ARN: 366835) building a mutual fund business the right way: compliance-first, not compliance-later.
We're hiring our first Relationship Manager in Jaipur to serve Preferred and HNI investors. You'll build relationships in person, help clients plan with clarity, and make sure they act on the right decision at the right time. At our size, you'll also represent Ramaniya directly in the market.

What you'll do
• Acquire Preferred and HNI clients and grow AUM from this segment
• Guide clients on mutual fund investments across equity, debt, hybrid and other AMFI-recognised categories, and deepen relationships over time
• Meet clients face to face as the primary way of building relationships; the Ramaniya app supports both digital and paper-based execution and tracking
• Work with our research team before finalising recommendations for each client
• Help organise and run seminars, workshops and business development activity
• Complete and maintain KYC/KRA documentation for every client before onboarding funds

What we're looking for




• 3–15 years in private banking, wealth management or MF distribution, handling HNI clients directly
• Experience managing relationships of ₹1 crore and above
• Strong mutual fund depth and comfort handling high SIP volumes accurately
• A stable track record of at least 2–3 years in current and previous roles
• MBA/PGDM in Finance or Marketing, or focused education in financial planning or wealth management (CFP is an advantage)
• Based in Jaipur or willing to relocate. This is a full-time, in-office role, not remote or hybrid.

Certification
NISM Series V-A and an active AMFI ARN are required for independent client-facing work. We'll support solid candidates through certification. Until the ARN is active, the role works in a shadow capacity, regardless of prior experience.
