We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across Corporate and Sales functions. The role will focus on building a strong talent pipeline, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, and supporting organizational growth through timely and effective hiring.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from candidate sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
• Handle recruitment across Corporate and Sales functions.
• Manage hiring for Marketing, Finance, HR, Retail Expansion, Strategy, and IT roles.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial discussions, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback.
• Coordinate salary discussions,



offer processing, and offer rollout.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring reports.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Support rapid pipeline expansion to meet organizational growth objectives.

Mandatory Requirements
• Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Solid experience handling end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience hiring across Corporate and Sales functions.
• Exposure to recruitment for Marketing, Finance, HR, Retail, Strategy, and IT roles.
• Strong sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate management skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Good English communication with proficiency in any South Indian language.
