We are looking for an experienced Regional/Zonal Operations Manager to lead branch operations across the region, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, superior customer service, and solid business support. The role will manage multiple branches and drive process efficiency while partnering closely with Sales, Underwriting, Compliance, IT, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

. Oversee end-to-end branch operations across the region, ensuring smooth policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and customer servicing.

· Drive operational efficiency through process improvements, standardization, and service excellence initiatives.

· Monitor branch performance, productivity, turnaround times (TAT), and key operational KPIs.

· Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.

· Lead, mentor,



and develop Operations Managers and Branch Operations teams with 30 plus members to build a high-performance culture.

· Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Compliance, IT, and other stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness and business support.

· Drive customer experience by improving service quality and ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and escalations.

· Review MIS, analyze performance trends, and recommend actions to improve operational outcomes.

*Requirements*

Graduate / Postgraduate.
6-12 years of experience in Insurance Operations.
Strong expertise in operations management, compliance, process excellence, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
