The Training & Development job assists in planning, administering, and monitoring employee development and career planning strategies, procedures and initiatives. Under close supervision, this job identifies staff training and development needs and supports the development of training programs to improve individual and organizational performance..
Key Responsibilities And Duties
• Liaises with management and interviews staff to identify and assess training and development needs of organization's employees.
• Assists in the development of formal training and developmental programs for learning initiatives.
• Delivers and monitors the training of organization's employees.
• Organizes events, programs, and activities to meet the staff training and development needs.
• Assisting in evaluating employees' learning performance and related improvements to enhance the productivity of the workforce.
• Supports administering programs to enhance the skills of the organization's employees.
• Supports the development of constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
Educational Requirements
