Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in US IT staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying qualified IT professionals for various client requirements and ensuring timely submissions while maintaining strong candidate relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities• Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and technical skill sets for various IT positions.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, work authorization, and client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications,



availability, salary expectations, and interest in the opportunity.
• Recruit candidates for various IT roles, including Java Developers, .NET Developers, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up on interview feedback.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with account managers, sales teams, and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and fulfill client requirements.
• Verify candidate availability, work authorization, visa status, and other relevant information in accordance with applicable laws and client policies.
• Negotiate pay rates and salary expectations within approved budgets and client require
