We’re Hiring: Reservation Agent
We’re looking for a Reservation Agent who enjoys interacting with customers and has an interest in the hospitality industry.
What we’re looking for:
• Positive communication and customer-handling skills
• Understanding of guest needs and ability to respond professionally
• Basic knowledge of hotels and reservation processes
• Comfortable using reservation systems, PMS and other hotel technology
• Good coordination, follow-up and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience in hotel reservations, front office or hospitality is a plus
