Role Description The Sales Manager role at Brickwork Ratings is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, engage prospective and existing clients,



and promote Brickwork’s credit rating services across relevant sectors. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies. The role involves collaborating with credit analysts and internal stakeholders to ensure client needs are accurately understood and serviced. The Sales Manager will also track market trends, maintain accurate sales reports, and contribute to sales strategies and revenue growth targets.
Qualifications
• Business development and B2B sales skills, with experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
• Solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with clients, banking and financial institutions, and internal teams.
