Remote Telemarketer / Inside Sales Representative — India

Work arrangement: Full-time, work from home

Markets: United States and Canada
Compensatiotest35,000–₹50,,000 per month, based on experience and English communication skills, plus performance-based incentives

We are looking for experienced and highly motivated telemarketers to join our remote sales team. You will make outbound calls to prospective customers across the United States and Canada. All leads will be provided by the company.

Responsibilities

* Make outbound sales calls to all company-provided leads in the United States and Canada.
* Professionally introduce and explain our products and services.
* Identify customer needs, qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments.
* Follow up consistently by telephone, email and other approved channels.
* Handle objections and confidently move prospects toward the next step.
* Maintain complete and accurate notes in the company’s CRM.
* Meet agreed daily call, appointment and sales targets.
* Attend sales training, coaching sessions and team meetings.




* Provide regular reports on calls, conversations, appointments and sales results.

Requirements

* Previous telemarketing, telesales, inside-sales or call-centre experience.
* Fluent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.
* Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers in the United States and Canada.
* Strong listening, objection-handling and closing skills.
* Professional, reliable, self-motivated and results-driven.
* Comfortable working toward measurable performance targets.
* Able to learn recent products, sales scripts and software quickly.
* Automotive industry experience is not required but would be beneficial.
* Previous experience calling customers in the United States or Canada is a strong asset.
* Formal sales training and CRM experience are assets.
