Role Description The Purchasing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in the Siliguri subdivision. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing hotel and hospitality supplies, evaluating vendors, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.



The Purchasing Manager will monitor inventory levels, place purchase orders, track shipments, and coordinate with the store and experience center teams to maintain optimal stock and product availability. Daily tasks include analyzing demand forecasts, reviewing quality standards, managing relationships with distributors and brand partners, and optimizing purchasing costs while maintaining service levels. The role also involves collaborating with sales and operations teams to understand client requirements, resolving supply issues, and preparing regular reports on purchasing activities, budgets, and supplier performance.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 Years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and negotiation, with the ability to secure cost-effective and reliable supply arrangements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and inventory or ERP software for tracking orders, stock levels, and supplier
