Role Description As Co-Founder — Head of Growth & Institutional Sales, the individual will lead DormCircle’s market expansion across premium residential and boarding schools, with a base in Kamrup Metropolitan in an on-site capacity.



This full-time role involves identifying and qualifying institutional prospects, conducting discovery meetings with school leadership, and designing tailored growth and implementation plans. The person in this position will own the entire sales cycle—from outreach and product demos to negotiations, closures, and onboarding of current institutions—while building long-term relationships with stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product and operations teams, refining DormCircle’s go-to-market strategy, tracking performance metrics, and representing the brand at conferences, events, and school visits. The role also includes developing strategic partnerships, gathering market intelligence, and continuously improving messaging to drive revenue and adoption.
