Role Description The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with leadership to understand workforce needs, managing HR documentation and compliance, resolving employee relations issues, and supporting training and development initiatives.



The role will also involve designing HR processes that align with a technology-driven, civil engineering environment and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular collaboration with project teams and management.
Qualifications

• Experience in core HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to the construction or engineering sector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
• Ability to design and implement HR processes, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
• Comfort working in a technology-enabled environment and openness to adopting new HR tools and systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
