About FirstDematFirstDemat is a SEBI-registered broking and demat platform that helps first-time retail investors in India start investing. We're looking for an operations qualified who knows broking back office end to end and can keep our day-to-day running accurately and in line with the rules.
Key ResponsibilitiesTrade, Settlement and Funds
• Handle daily trade processing, obligation downloads and settlement for NSE, BSE and MCX (if applicable)
• Manage client pay-in/pay-out of funds and securities within exchange and clearing corporation timelines
• Prepare and reconcile client ledgers, bank accounts and clearing member accounts every day
• Process running account settlements (monthly and quarterly) as SEBI and the exchanges require

Depository (DP) Operations,



CDSL/NSDL
• Process DIS, pledge/unpledge, margin pledge, MTF and early pay-in
• Handle DDPI/POA, nominee updates, account modifications, closures and transmission requests
• Process corporate actions, holding reconciliation and DP billing

Client Onboarding and KYC
• Verify account opening documents and handle KRA/CKYC uploads and validation
• Upload UCC to the exchanges and keep client records in line with exchange and depository data
• Perform re-KYC, segment activation and validation of financial proof for derivatives

Risk, Margin and Regulatory Reporting
• Monitor margin collection and peak margin reporting, and prevent short-margin penalties
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports: weekly client fund and securities balances, holding statements, enhanced supervision data and segregation reporting
• Generate and dispatch contract notes, daily margin statements and client statements
