Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a hands-on Observability Engineer with strong full-stack software engineering experience and deep expertise in Dynatrace. In this role, full stack means the ability to work across application code, telemetry instrumentation, observability platform configuration, dashboards, alerting, and automation workflows. The ideal candidate will help design, implement, and optimize observability solutions across enterprise SaaS and on-premises environments, enabling proactive monitoring, faster root-cause analysis, and automation-assisted remediation. This position requires excellent communication, analytical, and technical skills, along with the ability to partner effectively with SaaS operations, product, technical support, SRE, and engineering teams.

What You Will Be Doing

You will own and advance observability enablement for key Charles River services, including implementation standards, telemetry patterns, dashboards, alert quality, and adoption support. Working with SaaS, product, technical support, SRE, and engineering teams,



you will design and implement tooling that improves visibility into service health, performance, availability, and client-impacting issues. This role is critical to strengthening operational readiness and ensuring Charles River products can be monitored, observed, and proactively supported across client environments.
