As Analyst, Human Resources – India, you’ll be a key member of the HR team, serving as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. This role provides day-to-day HR support across the associate life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, culture and engagement initiatives, and compliance.



The HR Generalist partners closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence on special projects and to deliver programs that foster engagement, support development, and advance organizational success. This role is ideal for an early career HR professional or recent graduate and provides hands-on HR experience, professional growth, and development in a rapid-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to people leaders and associates on HR policies, performance management, and other employment matters.
• Conduct new hire orientation, support onboarding programs, and perform new hire check-ins to ensure a smooth transition.
• Support core HR processes such as annual performance management, talent reviews, culture initiatives, and learning and development offerings.
• Help champion company culture and values. Support engagement, teaming, and culture activities including surveys, action planning, recognition programs, and team-building events.
