Role Description The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, maintaining secretarial records, and supporting corporate governance activities for the firm and its clients. The Company Secretary will contribute to process improvements, risk management practices, and compliance frameworks to strengthen governance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications
• Recognized Company Secretary qualification (e.g., membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India) and strong knowledge of corporate, company, and securities law.
• Experience in statutory filings, ROC compliance, maintenance of registers and records, and board/committee support activities.
• Knowledge of accounting, tally and GST
• Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or corporate secretarial roles is preferred; familiarity with multi-location operations is an advantage.
