Role Description The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring effective service delivery, regulatory compliance, and achievement of business targets. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad, Baroda & Surat Gujarat, India, and involves managing branch staff, driving customer acquisition and retention, and promoting a culture of fairness and transparency. The Branch Manager will monitor branch performance,



manage cash operations, ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and address customer queries and concerns promptly. The role also includes developing local business opportunities, building relationships with community stakeholders, and implementing sales and marketing initiatives aligned with the bank’s goals.
