Job PurposeDrive current customer acquisition, manage SME/B2B accounts, and grow FTL business through field sales, relationship management, negotiation, and effective account management.

Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire and onboard new SME/B2B customers through field sales and direct client engagement.

Understand customer FTL requirements and recommend suitable logistics solutions.

Generate leads through market visits, referrals, and other relevant channels.

Conduct regular client visits and build strong relationships with customers.

Negotiate commercials, close deals, and drive revenue growth.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts to increase business volume.

Identify recent business opportunities within the assigned market.

Drive FTL business and indent procurement from customers.





Ensure strong customer retention through regular engagement and effective issue resolution.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.

Candidate ProfileEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience: 1–3 years in B2B Sales, Business Development, SME Sales, or Field Sales.

Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proven experience in current customer acquisition and sales closures.

Target-oriented, self-driven, and ownership-focused.

Comfortable with extensive field sales and regular client travel.

Ability to identify business opportunities, build a pipeline, and convert prospects into customers.

Prior experience in logistics, transportation, FTL, freight, or SME sales will be an added advantage.
