Wood Couture is looking for an experienced Quality & Process Control Engineer to ensure quality compliance and process efficiency at subcontractor factories producing bespoke furniture and FF&E; for luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects.

The role is responsible for factory inspections, production monitoring, quality reporting, and driving corrective actions to reduce defects, rework, and delivery delays.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine factory inspections during production and before dispatch.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, materials, finishes, workmanship, and specifications.
• Inspect dimensions, assembly, finishing, packaging, and overall product quality.
• Prepare inspection reports, snag lists, NCRs, and quality records.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions with subcontractor factories.
• Monitor production schedules, critical milestones, and potential delivery risks.
• Review shop drawings and specifications before manufacturing begins.




• Conduct process audits and recommend improvements to reduce waste, rework, and delays.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production, and Project teams on technical and quality matters.

What We’re Looking For:
• 5-7 years of experience in Quality Control, Process Control, QA, furniture manufacturing, joinery, FF&E;, or hospitality projects.
• Experience conducting factory inspections and supervising subcontractor manufacturing partners.
• Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing, joinery details, materials, finishes, and production methods.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or quality-management systems is preferred.
• Solid reporting, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
