Role Description The Chief General Manager is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Hinjewadi, Pune responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations,



strategic initiatives, and business growth across Fynomics Financials. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, setting performance targets, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial advisory, funding, compliance, and strategic services to clients. The Chief General Manager will design and implement business plans, manage budgets and resources, and monitor key performance indicators to drive operational excellence and profitability. Day-to-day responsibilities include stakeholder management with investors, partners, and clients, risk assessment and mitigation, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. The role also includes mentoring senior staff, fostering a culture of transparency and innovation, and contributing to long-term corporate strategy and market expansion.
