As we prepare for launch and scale our operations, we are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Founder’s Office Associate to work directly with the Founder across business operations, brand building, marketing execution, marketplace management, and strategic projects.
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who wants hands-on exposure to building a consumer brand from the ground up.
You will work directly with the Founder and gain experience across:

• Marketing
• Marketplace Operations

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple projects, and making things happen.
Key ResponsibilitiesFounder’s Office & Project Management




• Work directly with the Founder on priority business initiatives
• Track key projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain business trackers and dashboards
• Prepare meeting notes and follow-up action items
• Ensure critical tasks are completed on time

Marketplace & E-commerce Operations
• Coordinate Amazon marketplace activities
• Manage product listings and catalog updates
• Track inventory and marketplace performance
• Coordinate with Amazon freelancers and agencies
• Support website content updates and maintenance

Marketing & Brand Operations
• Manage content calendars and execution trackers
• Coordinate with content writers, designers, photographers, and creators
• Organize creative assets and brand documentation
• Maintain influencer and creator databases
• Track campaign performance and key metrics

Vendor & Operations Coordination
• Follow up with manufacturers, packaging
