? Key Responsibilities• Generate and follow up with potential clients
• Connect with prospects through calls, messages and meetings
• Understand client requirements and explain our services
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Convert leads into successful business opportunities
• Maintain regular follow-ups and sales records
• Work towards individual and team sales targets

? Compensation OptionsWe offer two earning models, depending on the candidate and role:
1. Fixed + Commission
• Monthly fixed payment
• Additional commission on successful sales
• Performance-based incentives may also be available

2. Commission-Based
• No fixed monthly payment
• Earn commission on successful sales
• Higher sales = higher earning potential





Compensation structure will be discussed clearly during the selection process.
