Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Loan Consultant role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Personal Loan Consultant will guide customers through the entire personal loan process, from initial inquiry and eligibility assessment to documentation, submission, and follow-up with partner banks and NBFCs.



Responsibilities include explaining loan products and terms, assisting customers in comparing offers, ensuring accurate data collection, and leveraging credit score analytics to recommend suitable options. The role involves providing responsive customer service, resolving queries, coordinating with internal teams and lending partners, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The consultant will also contribute to process improvements and uphold a professional, ethical approach in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
