We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media – Account Lead who can drive social media strategy, lead creative ideation and manage end-to-end brand communication across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, campaign development and client management. You should be someone who can balance creative thinking with strategic execution, lead internal teams and ensure that brand communication remains relevant, engaging and impactful.

Key Roles:1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
• Plan monthly content calendars, campaign themes and platform-specific content strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility, engagement and audience growth.
• Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platform updates and digital formats.

2. Creative Ideation & Campaign Development
• Lead brainstorming sessions and develop creative concepts for social media campaigns.
• Drive ideation for reels, videos,



carousels, static posts, influencer collaborations and topical content.
• Work closely with copywriters and designers to translate ideas into engaging brand communication.
• Identify opportunities for moment marketing, trending conversations and cutting-edge brand storytelling.

3. Account & Client Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements, business objectives and brand expectations.
• Present content strategies, campaign ideas and creative recommendations to clients.
• Manage client feedback, approvals, expectations and deliverables.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic inputs.

4. Team Coordination & Execution
• Coordinate with internal teams, including copywriters, designers, video editors and performance marketing teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of monthly content calendars and camp
