About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Producer to help us create a large volume of high-quality creatives for Meta Ads. The role is simple: find what is working, understand why it is working, and find new ways to create it. You will use AI tools, existing MySivi AI workflows, creators, freelancers, and agencies to turn creative ideas into actual ads. This is a production + creative thinking role, not a traditional writing role.

What You’ll Do
Create Variations of Winning Content. A big part of your job will be taking ads that are already performing well and finding new ways to execute them. For example, if a particular ad is working,



you might create variations by changing:

• The person/creator
• The visual setup
• The location
• The opening shot
• The camera angle
• The way the product is shown
• The story
• The script
• The hook

The goal is to understand what makes the original creative work and then create fresh versions without losing that core idea.

Create Solid Hooks
You should have a good understanding of what makes someone stop scrolling and watch an ad.

You will work on:
• Opening visual hooks
• Script hooks
• Pattern interrupts
• Mid-video hooks
• Re-hooks
• CTAs

You should be able to look at an ad and quickly identify what is making it interesting, or what could make it better.

Use AI to Produce at Scale
AI will be a major part of the job. You will use AI tools and MySivi's existing AI automations to:

• Generate creative ideas
• Create visual variations
• Generate script variations
• Explore different chara
