We are looking for a Founding Engineer who will own the technology hands-on, working directly with the founder. This role has a transparent path to CTO as the team grows.
What you will do:
• Own the full tech stack end to end - architecture, development, deployment, scaling
• Build and improve the AI pipeline (OCR, extraction, prompt engineering, model orchestration, evals)
• Ship production features that paying users depend on
• Review code and set the engineering bar for the team
• Work directly with the founder on product and business decisions
What we are looking for:
• 2-5 years of experience building and shipping real products
• Can build and ship full-stack products with full ownership
• Insanely curious about AI applications (OCR, prompting, model orchestration, RAG, evals)
• Has prior experience deploying and maintaining production systems
• Takes complete accountability for what ships
• Wants equity,
not just a salary
Our tech stack:
• React 18, TypeScript, Express.js, PostgreSQL (Dashboard)
• Python, Flask, Google Gemini, LangChain (AI/backend)
• Twilio WhatsApp, Zoho Books integration
• Railway deployments, Neon Postgres
Must have a todu factor:
• Tier 1 college (IIT / BITS / NIT / NSUT / IIIT / DTU), or
• Product company with a known engineering bar, or
• Open source contributions with real usage
Compensation:

Location:
Delhi NCR preferred. Remote works initially, but this role moves to in-person as the team grows.
