The role, in one line: Build production systems that solve whole problems, owned end to end rather than sliced into tickets.

Why it matters: We're a small, senior-led team. What you build ships to real clients in India, the US, and Canada. There's no telephone game between the person who scoped it and the person who codes it.

What you'll do
• Own features end to end: frontend, backend, data model, and deployment.
• Turn a messy problem into a clean system with the right schema, workflow, and interface.
• Use AI coding tools to move rapid, with the judgment to catch when they're wrong.
• Take full ownership of AI-generated code. Review it, understand it, test it, refactor it, and stand behind it in production as if you wrote every line yourself.
• Harden AI-assisted prototypes into maintainable, secure, production-grade code. That means proper error handling, typing, data validation, access control, and tests.
• Layer AI where it creates real leverage (APIs, MCP, RAG, agents) on top of clean data.
• Work directly with the people whose problem you're solving.

You'll fit if you have




• 2–3 years of experience shipping production full-stack applications.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills: React/Next.js on the frontend, Node/serverless on the backend.
• Comfort owning a relational data model in PostgreSQL. You think in schemas.
• Daily use of AI coding tools, plus informed opinions on where they help and where they fail.
• The discipline to never merge code you can't explain, debug, or maintain.
• Flexibility to work US hours, since that's where most of our clients are.
• Clear communication. You'll work with US clients directly, not through a layer.
• Ownership: you drive the work to done without needing supervision.
• Hunger to learn. The stack moves fast, and so do you.

Nice to have
• Supabase / Deno edge functions.
• Experience building AI agents with the Claude API, MCP servers, or RAG pipelines.
• A project you shipped solo that people actually use.
