Role Description The Personal Assistant to Director role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.



The individual in this role will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing documents and presentations. Responsibilities include handling phone calls and correspondence, maintaining records and files, and ensuring that the Director’s day-to-day activities are efficiently planned and executed. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, organizing meetings and events, tracking follow-ups, and supporting the Director in managing priorities and deadlines. The Personal Assistant will help maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all interactions and tasks.
