About the Role

Urbanroof Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Site Inspection Engineer to inspect residential and commercial properties, identify civil issues, and coordinate inspection, repair, and waterproofing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 3–4 site visits daily.
- Travel approximately 50–60 km per day as required.
- Inspect properties for leakage, seepage, cracks, dampness, and other civil issues.
- Use basic inspection tools to identify and assess site problems.
- Prepare site observations and share reports with the concerned team.
- Coordinate with clients and site teams during inspections.




- Support repair and waterproofing work as per company requirements.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–1 year experience; freshers can apply.
- Positive communication and basic technical knowledge.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Tamil language proficiency is compulsory.
