Looking for an enthusiastic Manager for a craft cocktail room

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in similar cocktail-led / premium bar & food focused concepts, who understands the nuances of cocktails, spirits, service, guest experience and day-to-day bar operations.

What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of relevant experience in similar concepts




• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits & bar operations
• Experience managing premium / cocktail-focused establishments
• ⁠Excellent guest engagement and communication skills/ Strong customer-focused mindset
• ⁠Ability to lead, train and motivate a team
• Solid understanding of SOPs, inventory & cost management
• Solid understanding of Food & Beverage operations, including menu knowledge, service standards, and basic inventory practices.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, cocktails and creating memorable experiences
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and quality control procedure
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management
• WSET knowledge / certification or similar beverage expertise would be an added advantage
