Job Summary
Innova Solutions is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our recruitment operations team in Noida.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting US Staffing operations, managing VMS/ATS activities, coordinating interviews and offers, handling requisition assignments, preparing audit reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day recruitment operations. The role requires solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with recruiters and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs
• Manage and process candidate submissions through VMS Beeline.
• Handle requisition assignments in Bullhorn and ensure timely allocation to the appropriate recruiters.
• Review and process extensions and amendments received through the VMS.




• Create and manage change requests in the ATS while ensuring accuracy of candidate and assignment information.
• Conduct offer acceptance reviews and ensure all required information and documentation are complete.
• Accept, track, and coordinate candidate interviews through the VMS system.
• Follow up on timesheets and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely submission.
• Prepare, maintain, and share recruitment operational reports, including:
• Daily Sprint Reports
• Candidate Status Reports
• Weekly/Biweekly Audit Reports
• Quarterly Audit Reports
• Pay Rate Data Audits
• Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and assignment information across VMS and ATS platforms.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with recruiters and other stakeholders regarding pending actions.
• Support the recruitment team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
