We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong expertise in US Staffing to drive current business development, build client relationships, and generate staffing opportunities in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US Staffing market .
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with US clients and hiring managers.
• Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams for suitable candidates.
• Manage the complete business development cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding and closure.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with clients.
• Maintain a solid sales pipeline and consistently achieve business development targets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to generate repeat business.
• Track sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in US Staffing Business Development / Sales .
• Strong understanding of the US staffing and recruitment industry .
• Proven experience in client acquisition and account management .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience dealing with US-based clients and hiring managers.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Willingness to work in a US shift / night shift .
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with MSP/VMS clients.
• Knowledge of US staffing contracts and engagement models.
• Existing US client network will be an added advantage.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Bullhorn, JobDiva, or other staffing/CRM platforms.
