Key Responsibilities
• Support the team in legal research related to insurance laws, IRDAI regulations, and corporate legal matters.
• Support the legal team in regulatory filings, compliance activities, and internal stakeholder queries.
• Assist in reviewing, drafting, and maintaining legal agreements, contracts, NDAs, and vendor documents.
• Assist in maintaining legal records, contract repositories, and documentation trackers.
Eligibility
• Final-year or penultimate-year students pursuing LLB - 3-year or 5-year course
• Robust understanding of contract law, corporate law, and legal research.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
