ORN Private Journeys
The RoleORN is building a premium private-travel business for HNI and UHNI families who want to experience Europe differently — travelling privately in chauffeur-driven vehicles, staying at carefully selected hotels, and having their journeys designed around their own pace, preferences and family.
We are looking for accomplished Relationship Managers who are comfortable working with affluent and high-net-worth clients and can build long-term, trust-led relationships.

This is not a desk-based travel-sales role.
You will meet customers personally — at their homes, offices, clubs or another location convenient to them — understand how they like to travel, introduce them to ORN Private Journeys, and guide them from the first conversation through to a confirmed journey.

What You Will Do• Build relationships with HNI and UHNI customers, including business owners, founders, CEOs, CXOs, professionals and affluent families.
• Meet customers personally and understand their travel aspirations, family requirements, preferred destinations and style of travelling.




• Introduce ORN Private Journeys and help clients understand how private van journeys can give them greater flexibility, privacy and control over their Europe holiday.
• Work with ORN's Journey Advisors and technology platform to turn the customer's requirements into a compelling personalised journey.
• Present itineraries and commercial proposals confidently to clients and their families.
• Follow the relationship through from initial meeting to itinerary discussion, proposal, negotiation and confirmed booking.
• Build confidence in ORN with customers who may be engaging with the brand for the first time.
• Develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat travel and referrals.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up and CRM visibility across your portfolio.
• Deliver agreed monthly and quarterly booking and revenue goals.
