The Role:
MEICON Group is seeking a Project Engineer with specializations in Civil and Construction Engineering to our fast-growing team. As a Project Engineer, the individual will be part of an ever-growing organization executing Highrise Residential projects in India & has enormous potential for career growth.

Skills & Responsibilities:
• Managing entire construction projects and organizing and managing the timely mobilization of resources in office, ensuring alignment with the client's defined time, cost, and quality objectives.
• Completes construction projects by preparing engineering design and documents and confirming specifications.




• Conduct regular and thorough site inspections to verify that all construction works are being executed in strict compliance with the project's contract specifications and quality standards.
• Overseeing construction work from scratch to completion of project.
• Conduct and facilitate regular weekly site meetings with contractors and consultants to ensure effective communication, track progress, address issues, and maintain timely delivery of work.
• Undertaking surveys as required on site.
• Take lead responsibility for coordinating with the client and contractors to ensure the timely and efficient provision of necessary site utilities and the proper allocation of site space.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive construction schedule, including detailed two-week and one-month look-ahead schedules for each contractor, updated bi-weekly, to ensure accurate progress tracking and proactive management of potential delays.
