The Social Blink is looking for a proactive, organised, and creative Virtual Assistant to work closely with our founders and team.

This is a full-time remote role for someone who is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities, from recruitment and coordination to social media research and assisting the founders with day-to-day tasks.

We’re looking for someone who communicates well, takes ownership of their work, follows up without being reminded and is genuinely interested in social media and the digital space.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the end-to-end hiring process, including screening applications, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews and following up with applicants.

• Calling candidates and conducting initial screening conversations.

• Coordinating interviews and maintaining hiring-related records and updates.

• Assisting the founders with day-to-day tasks, follow-ups, research, documentation, and coordination.

• Researching social media trends, content ideas, references, competitors, and industry updates.





• Helping brainstorm content and social media strategy ideas for the founders’ personal brands.

• Assisting with content ideas and research for The Social Blink’s own social media pages.

• Helping organise content calendars, ideas, references, and other social media-related information.

• Coordinating with internal team members whenever required.

• Keeping track of pending tasks and proactively following up to ensure things are completed on time.

• Supporting the founders with other operational and administrative tasks as required.

You would be a good fit if you:

• Have strong spoken and written English.

• Are confident speaking to people over calls.

• Are organised and positive at keeping track of multiple tasks.

• Have a basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media content.

• Enjoy researching trends and coming up with content ideas.

• Are comfortable working directly with founders.
