Job Description:

Looking for Sals and Operations Executive with strong sales acumen and client engagement skills. Candidate should be a self-starter, go-getter, flexible and target achiever.

Responsibilities
• Build the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing , field visits, networking and other lead generation activities
• Spot sales opportunities and actively pursue them
• Manage incoming queries and building good client relationships
• Ensure all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements
• Maintain and updating the lead generation database
• Achieve weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business

Requirements
• Prior experience in Business Development
• Very positive interpersonal, research and data management
• Confident and excellent verbal communication
• Ability to adapt communication style according to customer needs
• Mental Health/ Senior Care/ Healthcare background is preferred

Experience
Minimum – 2 to 3 years
